The Houston Dash signed defender Anna Heilferty to a short-term contract on Friday that spans through the end of the 2025 season.
Heilferty, 26, recorded two assists in 42 matches (26 starts) with Washington since being selected by the Spirit with the 19th overall pick of the 2021 NWSL Draft.
Also on Friday, the Dash mutually agreed with forward Ramona Bachmann to terminate her contract.
Bachmann, 34, scored two goals while making 14 appearances (10 starts) over the last two seasons with Houston.
