Lowe to lead Galveston, Texas, housing authority

hired to lead the Galveston, Texas, Housing Authority Board. The Galveston Daily News said Lowe was approved by the board Monday; he'll start March 19. He was in charge of the Pittsburgh Housing Authority from 1994 to 2001, and has been a consultant and president and CEO of Pittsburgh Neighborhood Preservation Services since, the Daily News said.
